This policy explains what personal information Endless Media collects through this website and when you contact us, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who we are
Endless Media is a creative studio based in Mount Edgecombe, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Endless Media is a trading name of Global Connect Plus (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2019/463488/07), which is the responsible party for your personal information.

What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you email, call or message us: the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and information about your project.
- When you browse the website: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
We do not ask for special personal information, and this website is not intended for children.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To provide our services and manage our working relationship if you become a client.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it, only with your consent.
- To keep the website secure and protect it from spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- our website hosting provider, which stores the website and form submissions;
- Google, for website analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) and for the fonts used on this site;
- our email provider, which delivers form submissions and correspondence to us.
Some of these providers store information on servers outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers that are bound by data protection laws or agreements that give a level of protection similar to POPIA.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to the website administration is limited, and the software is kept up to date. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us:
- whether we hold personal information about you, and for a copy of it;
- to correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date;
- to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
- to stop processing your information, or object to it being used for direct marketing.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
